For this position, a combination of technical mastery, strategic thinking, and initiative is critical. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
The Fundamentals: 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, and Service Hub.Deep understanding of workflows, pipelines, automation, and data management within HubSpot.Familiarity with advanced marketing automation, lead scoring, and multi-channel campaign execution.Proficiency in building custom dashboards and reports within HubSpot.Experience with HubSpot API and integrating third-party tools like Zapier or Salesforce.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot HubSpot issues independently.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proactive and self-driven, with a passion for learning and staying updated on new HubSpot features and tools. Additional Experience (Preferred but Not Required): 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpotRevenue Operations experienceExperience with Supered or a similar toolSalesforce experienceKnowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.Experience in a B2B marketing Experience in marketing agency setting As the Senior HubSpot Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving results for our clients by leveraging HubSpot's capabilities to their fullest potential. HubSpot Optimization and Implementation: Conduct comprehensive audits of client and internal HubSpot instances, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Design and implement advanced workflows, automations, and custom integrations.Build and optimize sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, and lead scoring models to align with client goals. HubSpot Onboardings, Migrations and Integrations: Onboard New Clients: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for clients new to HubSpot, ensuring seamless setup and configuration tailored to their business needs.Data Migrations: Execute smooth and accurate data migrations into HubSpot from other CRMs or platforms, ensuring data integrity and alignment with client goals.System Integrations: Implement and manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics), ensuring proper data flow and functionality.Custom Solutions: Develop creative, scalable solutions for complex client needs using HubSpot APIs and other tools.Post-Onboarding Training: Provide thorough training sessions for clients and teams to maximize HubSpot utilization. Data Management and Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and hygiene through deduplication, standardization, and segmentation.Develop custom dashboards and actionable reports for clients and internal teams.Analyze performance metrics to provide insights and drive strategy improvements. Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PPC, SEO, and content experts, to execute integrated campaigns.Train internal teams and clients on HubSpot best practices and new features.Document processes, workflows, and systems for repeatable success.
