Position Main responsibilities include: Acting as a superuser and supporting our managers in the use of our HR system, including SuccessFactors and AskHR (ServiceNow – self-service).
Designing, planning, and executing onboarding of new colleagues.
Tracking engagement and pulse surveys results, and supporting activities that shape and foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment rooted in the NN Way.
Maintaining the P&O´s platform communication updated for employees and managers, supporting HR Business partnering with local and Global P&O activities.
Supporting leaders with tasks related to the annual P&O cycle.
Collaborating in creating global development programs and local initiatives.
Working on Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
Exercising excellent communication skills to represent the department.
Performing a wide range of highly confidential administrative duties.
Following all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably within Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Communication.
Post-graduation is desired.
Solid HR generalist experience, working and understanding several HR processes, including business support.
Solid Experience in People development and Engagement initiatives.
Fluent in English (verbal and written) – it will be tested.
Experience in Project Management.
Knowledge and experience in Change management, and Agile Methodologies are desirable.
Advanced knowledge of Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and BI.
