_**Role Purpose Statement**:_
- Support the management of compensation and benefits for Brazil and Latin America, through the management of benefits partners, compensation controls, studies and analysis, proposal of agenda and actions related to benefits and well-being, aiming to support the effective control and quality of the management of compensation and benefits issues in Latin America_
- **Main Accountabilities**_
- _Support the administration of benefits and wellness programs for Brazil, serving as the focal point for vendors and third-party administrators, administrating the transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration._
- _Execute and administrate health insurance daily operational processes involving new employee's inclusion, updates and exclusions, through stablished agenda and necessity, aiming to ensure adequacy and an assertive and time-based control of the employee´s benefits._
- _Responsible for the purchase, monitoring and maintenance of benefits management such as Meal Voucher, Life Insurance, Health Care, Dental Care and Fuel Refund in order to ensure that all are in compliance to company´s needs and contracts._
- _Perform the control, apportionment and processing of the monthly invoices of the suppliers, reviewing the values to ensure accuracy and submissions for payment within the established deadlines, aiming to distribute and control the amounts spent with assertiveness and according to each cost center._
- _Assist in the processes for enrollment and participation in compensation, benefits and trends surveys, supporting the management of data and reports, to ensure the accuracy and the analysis from the output data of the surveys._
- _Create and propose prevention and well-being calendars, through plans, linked actions, organization with external suppliers to increase employees' knowledge regarding disease prevention, use of benefits and quality of life actions, aiming to engage employees and gain visibility in the execution of all programs related to benefits and well-being._
- _Support the control, actions and implementations related to the compensation area, carrying out studies for admissions, promotions and merits, to ensure the control and management of the job and salary plan in the company._
- _Support the administration of the company's short
- and long-term incentive plans, carrying out studies, analysis and control of data and programs, in order to ensure assertiveness, accuracy and timeliness in current and future programs._
- _Support on mobility, expatriate and relocation programs._
- _Provide monthly reports to update Profile Success Factors (LAM)_
