Supporting employees regarding all HR related issues and assisting Regional HR in day-to-day efficient operation.
Guiding and cooperating with Regional HR delegates of South America agencies as well as 3rd parties / vendors concerning implementation of all HR strategies and policies.
Cooperating with HR Regional regarding Head Office issues and projects
**SAP HR**: Update and implement HR data maintenance on regional and local level.
Ongoing revision of the information system data and forwarding the information for updates.
Leading ISOX process for South America Region.
Analyzing on monthly basis of all attendance, according to Legal requirements.
Analysis of all data from Payroll, working with Local Payroll provider.
Maintain accuracy of all Payroll process in accordance with Brazilian Labor Legislation (vacation, off boarding, timekeeping, other)
Cooperating with and reporting to the Regional HR regarding Payroll reports
Supporting managers throughout recruitment process
Leading and following up the onboarding process of new hires, standardization according to global procedures
Supporting and controlling technical and Global trainings according to requirements.
Support Regional HR with Annual Development Program.
Promote and encourage all employees to development initiatives.
Organizing monthly local knowledge sharing events for employees across all departments
Assisting in preparing the HR budget for the Budget Division.
Follow-up monthly Payroll expenses comparing Budget vs Actual.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical standards.
Cooperating with legal advisors on critical cases
**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field of HR.
Advanced English (speaking | listening | Writing)
Sound knowledge of Labor Law.
Strong service orientation, team player with intercultural communication skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about HR matters in between different org. levels.
Result driven problem solver.
**Required**: MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP HR.
C&B and Payroll experience will be considered a plus
