We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Guarulhos site This role will be pivotal in driving our talent acquisition and talent management initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform and improve HR practices and policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and talent management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
