Sobre nosso clienteLarge multinational company in the manufacturing sector.DescriçãoThis role will support the department's aspiration of creating a strong risk/control assurance function, being consistently sought out for risk/control advisory services, delivering respected, valued, data-driven risk/control insights, and positively influencing the continuous improvement of the changing global risk/control environment.As part of our client's Internal Audit department and reporting to a Senior Manager (LATAM), this position will:Develop the planning and execution of quality internal audits of the Company's compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, operational and financial policies, procedures and processes to ensure reliability and integrity of information, proper recording of transactions, safeguarding of assets, compliance with policies and procedures, achievement of operational goals and objectives, and effective and efficient use of resources; document work performed and effectively communicate exceptions/deficiencies to the business.Work closely with the Company's process owners and external auditor; provide appropriate support in the performance of walkthroughs as well as internal control/substantive testing.Support all functional areas of Internal Audit including executing operational audits, compliance audits, plant audits, technology audits and regular inventory observations.Execute work in compliance with department and company policies; drive continuous improvement of Internal Audit approaches, tools and methodologies, and productivity; support an internal Quality Assurance and Improvement Program to maintain compliance with The Institute of Internal Auditors' International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.Perfil desejávelBachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).Ability to independently lead and deliver quality audits (including complex audits in the various operations within the business).Background in big 4 companies or large manufacturing industries with SOx.Strong Training skills - Ability to coach, mentor challenge and empower members of the team.Strong Leadership skills - Driver of improvements and efficiencies, ability to motivate others towards achieving goals working like a team.A forward thinker and problem solver, committed to achieve goals.A proactive flexible team player.Strong analytical skills.Strong communication and relationship management skills within the team and with key stakeholders within the business.Driven and self-motivated.Ability to prioritise and adopt the 80/20 rule and to meet deadlines.Available to travel approximately 40%, which may include periodic weekend travel in Brazil and abroad.Fluent English.
