Responsibilities Participate in the development of a global IT operations system using digital operations models to identify, resolve, and close issues, improving IT service efficiency and satisfaction. Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills and the ability to solve complex computer hardware and software problems. Work closely with security and operations teams to ensure the setup and maintenance of relevant systems, ensuring high availability on both system and client sides. Report issues to headquarters when necessary. Lead the implementation of relevant IT projects and control costs. Daily Tasks Handle daily IT services, including software installation, troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues, and resolving terminal network connectivity problems. Manage creation and deletion of user accounts in the domain controller, and keep detailed records. Distribute and collect IT-related office equipment such as computers. Conduct regular inspections of the data center and promptly report any operational equipment failures. Assist in replacing server hardware as required. Implement network device upgrades and performance optimizations according to the domestic plan to ensure business continuity. Install new equipment in the data center, configure it for network access, and integrate it into monitoring systems. Maintain local security devices, including issuing and revoking access permissions for personnel. Act as the point of contact for data and information security, monitoring and investigating data breaches and security incidents, responding promptly. Perform routine antivirus scans and ensure that all endpoints receive timely security patches. Collaborate with the headquarters security department to enhance overall security awareness and best practices locally. Serve as the liaison with local regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance requirements are communicated and followed through.
