We are looking for Senior Jira Administrator who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: • Configure, administer, and maintain Atlassian products, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Develop and implement custom workflows, automations, and dashboards in Jira that align with business needs.
• Provide technical support and training for internal teams and clients on Atlassian solutions.
• Use JQL to create advanced filters, reports, dashboards, and plans in Advanced Roadmap.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure efficient and best-practice implementations of Atlassian solutions.
• Map requirements and perform process analysis for the optimization and automation of tasks within the Atlassian tools.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and promote best practices for the Atlassian suite.
Qualifications And much better if you stand out for: • Proficiency in JQL for custom queries and reports.
• Experience developing automations.
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical issues and advising clients on optimal plugin and configuration choices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
