What you will doEnjoy spending time solving problems at the detailed level, using the latest technical approaches and have a strong understanding of data requirements and capabilities, functional usability, technical design and software development;Provide innovative and insightful analysis that influences and guides our product teams and business stakeholders on how to improve our customer's online shopping experience;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights;Create and identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities;Help build reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate ad hoc analysis and improve data-driven decision-making at all levels of the business;Work with business & technology stakeholders to identify solution options that will achieve business objectives and drive consensus agreement with actionable steps.Must havesMinimum 4-7 years of relevant experience;Expertise in Google Analytics;Experience in creating dashboards;Familiarity with FullStory would be a great advantage;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;Strong analytical mind that is customer focused and has a strong understanding of customer experiences and preferences;Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multifunctional teams;Proficient in customer insight tools like FullStory, BizRate, or similar tools;Retail Ecommerce experience preferred;Upper-intermediate English level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
