This role requires a strategic thinker witha strong background in the metals and minerals industry, capable of driving growth andoptimizing our market presence. He also needs to have extensive knowledge andexperience in the Brazilian foundry and steel business.Responsibilities: Sales and Market Development: Drive sales of alloys to various industries, includingsmall and medium-sized businesses. Develop and maintain strong customerrelationships in existing and new markets. Product Trading: Manage the purchase and sale of products, ensuring optimal pricingand quality. Market Innovation: Identify and develop new products to meet market demands. Transaction Management: Oversee and manage the entire transaction process,including customer communication, from start to finish. Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends and opportunities by monitoringcommodity markets. Supplier Development: Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships in existingand new markets. Internal Coordination: Work closely with logistics, finance, and other internal teamsto ensure seamless operations. Travel: Travel as required to meet clients, suppliers, and attend industry events.Experience and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 12+ years in a similar role with extensive knowledge offerroalloys and other steel raw materials. He also needs to have extensive knowledgeand experience in the Brazilian foundry and steel business. Familiarity with tradepractices and regulations, especially in the Brazilian and South American steel industry
