Main Responsibility: 1- Assist in sorting out and building a lean management system for WAREHOUSE operations (including standardization system and talent training system), formulate warehouse-related work system processes, precipitate warehouse lean management methodology and empower all employees with lean improvement tools to improve work quality and efficiency; 2.-Assist in formulating 5S management processes and systems, promote the development of on-site 5S management work, and promote the improvement of on-site 5s management level; 3- Assist in building and optimizing the improvement (golden idea) system, promote all employees to carry out routine improvement work, find improvement opportunities and provide improvement plans, and promote and coordinate special improvements in upstream and downstream departments of the supply chain; 4.-Promote the implementation of various lean projects, disseminate, instill and promote lean thinking. 5- Responsible for the refinement, implementation and launch of key projects of the department. Solutions can be provided and promoted for problems.1- Responsible for coordinating daily administrative work, including stationary, shuttle bus, canteen?medical and office coordination and management, summarizing and analyzing various administrative data, and implementing improvement measures; 6- Complete other work tasks assigned by company leaders on time. Requirement 1- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of Lean management experience in warehousing or related industries,familiar with warehouse site improvement methods 2- Good learning ability, strong stress resistance, outgoing personality, good at communicating with others, and strong optimizing awareness. 3-Master the IE improvement tools and CAD skills,majoring in IE or logistics priority
