About the role Our Reliability Team, composed of 12 people, is integrated into the Maintenance Department and focuses on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through continuous improvement by creating root cause analysis and proactive solutions in collaboration with Preventive/Predictive Maintenance and production availability.As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be technically responsible for the reliability of the mechanical assets on the site. You will work with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations, optimizing Life Cycle Costs and support in the definition of Asset Maintenance and Spare Parts Strategies.You will be accountable for:Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operation, including techniques such as Six Sigma (6s), Reliability modeling and prediction, Weibull Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, FMEA, RCMDevelop criteria for and evaluation of technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers, including digital solutionsPromote TPM/TEC culture and implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved: operation, process and maintenance personnelApply value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions through PV/I analysesResearch and implement new technologies for maintenanceWe offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.About you Mechanical Engineering degree or relevantCREA registeredAt least 5 years of experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenanceReliability-centered maintenance. While the Brazil base pay reasonably expected for this role is R$ 160.800,00 to R$ 201.000,00 (Periculosidade already included), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
