We are seeking a selfless, curious, and passionate colleague to join our Ads Finance, Strategy, and Analysis team which spans across Ad Sales, Consumer Experience, the Ads Platform, and more. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow quickly in this space, work closely with a highly cross-functional, global team, and contribute to one of the most impactful transitions we'll have made in a decade.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to the commercial business in LATAM, across sales (inclusive of account management), business-to-business marketing, and measurement.
- Quantifying and contextualizing our revenue and inventory opportunities across micro and macro dimensions to inform our go-to-market strategies as well as real-time optimizations to maximize revenue potential.
- Defining and executing pricing and packaging strategies to achieve company goals, mobilize priorities, and drive business growth.
- Providing input and analytical support to developing the monetization strategy in partnership with Ad Sales and Sales Ops
- Coordinate with Ads FS&A leaders across regions to produce a cohesive macro view of the commercial business.
- Engaging with Microsoft, account management, ad ops, and others on reporting on a regular basis.
- Coordinating with Microsoft, our sales and ops teams, Ads Platform FS&A colleagues, and advertisers to assess the impact of product changes on the ad experience, supply, and economics.
- Coordinating with Ad Sales Ops and Ads FP&A (also part of this team) to adjust forecasts.
- Partnering with Ads Data Science & Engineering to develop and refine metrics and reporting for internal and external partners.
- Partnering with other business units and FS&A partners including Partnership, Consumer, Marketing, Content, and others to build a cohesive understanding and unified approach to advertising at Netflix.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 10+ years experience in advertising strategy & analysis with deep knowledge in the industry.
- Knowledge of the streaming advertising and ad tech ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and eye toward using the 80/20 rule to address problems.
- Loves to get into the weeds and can see the big picture.
- Very strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work under tight timelines.
- The ability to communicate financial calculations with varying degrees of detail depending on the forum. You know your audience and what they're looking for.
- Communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Experienced and at ease with diverse cultures and working in international environments.
