This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil, or Bogota, Colombia.

**Job and Responsibilities**:

- Drive a culture of Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Lead all regional excellence operations across Deliver
- Define business process standards, develop and execute a clear strategy and outline best practices to improve efficiency, including effective usage of all information systems in the region (leadership of BPO organization)
- Coordinate the network optimization process
- Responsible for Trade Compliance processes and standards deployment
- Identify critical capabilities in a strategic area and define a capability build-up approach in partnership with SC Organization.
- Orchestrate deployment of regional technology strategy to fill gaps in capabilities and improve performance
- Support In Market SC- Deliver leadership in prioritizing investment in relevant areas to reach best-in-class performance
- Ensure consistencies among markets in terms of process and ways of working in partnership with SC Organization.
- Prioritize and execute CX system solution deployments across segments and regions
- Lead JJOS for the region and drive business excellence throughout the distribution
- Identify, qualify, prioritize and execute high-impact engineering and automation projects for the region
- Engage with both internal & external sources to drive continuous improvement for the organization
- Identify and champion a talent development strategy (JJSC People Strategy) for high potential and high-performing talent and design the organizational roadmap

**Key Interfaces**
- GDEx: Set strategic direction on required capabilities and priorities
- Order Management: Assess operational maturity and define and execute continuous improvement priorities
- In Market SC- Deliver: Implement standards and best practices, define and deploy technology strategy to fill gaps in capabilities, ensure consistency around ways of working among markets
- IT: Partner for effective usage of all systems

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years in end-to-end supply chain-related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of logistics ways of operating and strategy
- Expertise across transportation, warehouse, customer service, and trade compliance processes
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills; proven track record in process design
- Skills to build an organization embracing a culture of functional excellence and continuous improvement
- Capable of achieving results in a highly-matrixed and global environment.
- Track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
- Demonstrated impact in roles requiring orchestration and influence
- Presence and persistence to face off with and be a challenge partner to In Market SC- Deliver leaders
- Ability to promote a vision and drive change to transform organizations, via strong engagement/communication
- Highly skilled communicator with demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of information and present cogent recommendations
- Results focused with a proven track record of successfully developing and delivering on key strategic initiatives
- Highly collaborative and influential.
Ability to work regionally and globally, across businesses, sectors, and functions.
Able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
- Business fluent in English and Spanish
