We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Manager Sales Engineer , to join CAF's to join CAF's team. The Senior Manager Sales Engineer , is accountable for building the team, processes and tools necessary for Caf's technical pre-sales and implementation stage while contributing to a world-class customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the sales and implementation process, deeply understanding each customer's needs and proposing a solution based on Caf's products and capabilities. You will work closely with the sales and products team to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.This position has high visibility from the Leadership team and is key to support Caf exponential growth. What you'll do Lead the team that are responsible for the technical sales (pre-sales) and implementation (pos-sales) phases of all Caf's customers; Act as Sales Engineer for complex major deals being the customer advisory by deeply understanding their flows and proposing Caf solutions on top of them; Conduct detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the technical advantages of CAF solutions and help the customer choose the best solution to solve their problem; Become a trusted advisor and technical authority to clients, from technical staff to C-suite executives; Work closely with product team to support on the backlog prioritization based on customer and business needs; Coach 5 to 10 skilled Sales Engineers; Provide technical consultations and responses to RFPs and RFIs; Stay up-to-date with identity and fraud prevention trends and emerging technologies; Manage the process of responding to technical questionnaires, involving internal teams such as Engineering, Security, Legal, etc. What you'll need At least 5 years of experience as sales engineer and/or product management; Have a deep understanding of Caf's product. It is necessary to know exactly what it can and can't do; You can roll up your sleeves and "do" the detailed work as well as lead teams to do so; Can easily articulate complex product requirements to a diverse set of audiences; Thrive in a fast paced, start up environment where change is constant and scalable growth without compromising quality is our objective. You will have the ability to share examples of how you have streamlined or implemented structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency, improve customer outcomes and drive employee satisfaction while supporting rapidly shifting business demands; You enjoy public speaking, and will proudly represent Caf at industry events, speaking engagements, and high profile customer & prospect meetings; Servant-based leadership. Recognize that you are here to design and implement solutions that solve customer needs in a near frictionless way; Technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technological solutions like APIs (REST) and SDKs (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native, Web, and Ionic); Best practices on project management; As this is a global role, fluency in English and Portuguese are essential.
