What You'll Do for Us
- Own Prospera (Progress) program and ensure its rollout across the Fragmented Trade in Latin America.
- Understand Fragmented Trade needs from a broad point of view including, but not limited to, commercial (drive traffic, increase average ticket, etc.
), business administration (inventory management, cash management, etc.
), social (wastage, etc.
), etc.
to devise broad solutions to improve channel sustainability over time.
- Develop channel value proposition starting with the strategic portfolio to capture key occasions and drinking moments, new capabilities development and expansion for channel modernization and customer training and engagement programs.
- Taylor solutions according to channel characteristics differentiating between retail and on-premise formats, focusing on relevant occasions in each format.
Create tiers of customers within the program, as well as an ad-hoc version of the program for each cluster.
- Digitize Traditional Trade by offering a variety of tools to address the needs of our customers, create additional revenue streams (for both, customers and the System) and enhance our partnership with them.
- Program should include additional benefits to help the Traditional Trade owners to evolve, such as training, credit, etc., most of them provided by partners.
- In order to unleash ecosystem network effect key partners identification and engagement is required to bring incremental resources to accelerate channel transformation.
Partnerships could include other FMCG companies, financial institutions, digital players, etc.
- Partner with Execution intelligence and S&I to measure impact for consumers/shoppers/customers and develop improvements.
- Leverage advanced analytics to update value proposition according to consumer preferences and channel performance.
- This role requires deep channel and customer understanding as well as strong leadership and accountability to influence cross-functional system teams towards a Consumer/Customer relevant value proposition increasing loyalty with both of them to lead channel growth and create a long-term competitive advantage.
- To succeed, the role requires a strong cross functional team management expertise and collaboration skills to integrate LAG and other markets key business solutions to convey just in one Prospection Plan.
- The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Leaders and Operators in the Operating Units C&CL as well PAC, FU, Categories, Platform Services as well as our Bottling Partners.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Customer, Commercial Strategy and Operations.
- Loyalty Programs Knowledge
- Strong Planning and Collaboration Skills.
- Strong Channel and Customer understanding from an execution perspective.
- Ability to think from planning to execution with a solid system commercial and Brand Management.
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills
