We are looking for a Senior Analyst Manufacturing Finance who will work with the manufacturing finance team to maximize operating earnings & EVA throughout the global Ball Aerosol Packaging group.
**TO ACHIEVE EXTRAORDINARY THINGS TOGETHER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Reporting & analysis creation and follow-up for manufacturing finance metrics:
Manufacturing performance (production, efficiency, spoilage, claims ), manufacturing costs (incl.
Labor costs/Headcount) Vs Budget/FC/PY;
- Savings plan status and reporting;
- Manufacturing EVA reporting and review;
- Lead reporting and global management for Capital Expenditures with a focus on EVA optimization;
- Creation and analysis of global capital expenditure budgeted and actual reports;
- Works with plants to keep capital expenditures in line with the operational requirements and strategy;
- Provides analysis and guidance on capital project documentation creation (AFE's);
- Assist with continuous improvement, simplification, standardization, alignment of manufacturing reporting through adequate tools/processes/procedures;
- Assist with the manufacturing finance forecasting and budgeting process;
- Assist with ensuring compliance with corporate policies, SOX in regards of any item related to manufacturing finance;
- Management of related Quarterly & Annual Corporate reporting & disclosures;
- Provide assistance as required with any SOX, internal or external audits;

- Broad training in a related field usually acquired through college/university or work-related experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related áreas;
- Working knowledge of the following areas: Finance, Accounting, Economic Value Added (EVA), business and economic principles and practices, financial modeling;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word);
- Proficient in Hyperion Financial tools (HFM, Essbase, Planning, etc.)
preferred;
- Advanced English.

- Analytical ability, including comprehension of financial performance results and associated evaluation of drivers affecting results;
- Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and to meet established timeliness while maintaining accuracy in their work;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Collaboration skills, must be able to work in a global team or cross-functional environment;
- Adaptability to changing business processes, technology or financial and accounting rules;
- Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking and problem solving skills to evaluate various financial results and potential actions.
