Responsibilities and assignmentsAs a key member of our team, you will lead Vector's Product Strategy, shaping the long-term vision for our offerings and defining Eve's role within that framework to establish a robust UATM (Urban Air Traffic Management) product strategy. Specifically, you will:
Collaborate with Vector's customers: Engage directly with customers to gather insights, ensuring their needs are addressed by defining and refining high-level product requirements and scope.Support Business Development: Partner with the Business Development team to create tailored, impactful sales materials that highlight Vector's unique value proposition.Serve as a strategic resource: Work closely with cross-functional teams, offering strategic guidance and acting as a trusted partner in all aspects of product strategy.Analyze the competitive landscape: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor solutions to keep Eve ahead in delivering innovative and differentiated products.Requirements and qualificationsStrategic Marketing expertise: Proven experience in market analysis, product positioning, and sales engineering within the Aerospace, Aviation, ATM, or UAM industries.Strategic leadership: A demonstrated strategic mindset with a track record of driving strategic marketing pillars across organizations by effectively influencing peers and leadership.Collaborative spirit: A positive attitude and strong informal leadership skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration.Adaptability: Ability to work independently in complex and often ambiguous environments with minimal direction.Travel readiness: Willingness and ability to travel both nationally and internationally.Language skills: Fluency in English is essential for our bilingual team, with fluency in Portuguese considered a strong plus.Additional informationThis role offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement (to be discussed), with a preference for candidates located within 100 km of São José dos Campos, SP in Brazil, or the headquarters' facility in Melbourne, FL in the US.
