Talenses Executive is advising a global leader in the Healthcare sector in the search for a Senior Marketing Director to fill a strategic and high-impact role in South America.
Reporting directly to the Regional President, the Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role as part of the regional executive team, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and strategic positioning for the company's diverse portfolio of products in highly competitive markets.
This position requires a strong focus on product-driven marketing, leading the development and execution of strategies for the Medical Products and Technologies (MPT) & Pharma portfolios.
By aligning corporate guidelines with local market needs, the Senior Director will ensure the effective positioning, market entry, and lifecycle management of products to achieve both shortand long-term objectives in sales, growth, and profitability.
The role involves identifying market opportunities, creating tailored value propositions, and delivering impactful product strategies that resonate with customers and stakeholders.
With a large Marketing team under management across multiple geographies, the Senior Marketing Director will also work closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Regulatory to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
Strengthening the company's product positioning in target markets will also involve fostering relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to reinforce trust and relevance in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably with multi-country responsibilities and significant product marketing expertise.
Experience in creating, executing, and evaluating product-focused marketing strategies across all lifecycle stages—introduction, growth, and maturity—is essential.
Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate strong leadership in managing P&L and financial oversight, alongside a proven track record in decision-making, negotiation, and strategic planning.
Academic qualifications should include a completed degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a health-related field, along with postgraduate studies in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance.
Fluency in English is mandatory, while Spanish is considered a valuable asset.
