Experience: 2-3 years Location: Sao Paulo Target Market: Brazil & LATAM market Responsibilities Create, manage and execute lead generation campaigns to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and brand building through paid ads or other means Measure and track the success of the campaigns and report to HQ Produce event for lead generation or brand building Driving marketing automation and operations Explore new ways to engage and identify marketing channels to reach our target customers, e.g. influencer marketing, community building, etc Ownership of country marketing metrics e.g. Revenue, Qualified Ops, SQLs, MQLs and traffic for the Brazilian website Driving local use cases and localized landing pages Supporting employer branding activities Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with country teams and headquarter in driving marketing initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing for Brazil, if also got USA experience is a plus HubSpot or other similar marketing tool knowledge is a huge plus SaaS marketing or start-up experience is a strong plus Strong knowledge of the local market, including traditional and digital media landscape Professional fluency in English Native in Portuguese Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions A fast learner and can quickly adapt to changes Strong interest in marketing and SaaS Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
