We are seeking a passionate Senior/Mid-Level Social Media BI Analyst with deep knowledge of social media and data analysis to join our BI team. You will be responsible for transforming data into valuable insights, driving our clients' growth on social media and optimizing our marketing strategies. What you will do: Data analysis and insights: You will work with data export and modeling to extract deep insights into consumer behavior, trends, and the performance of our social media campaigns. Engagement strategies: You will assist the Strategy team with insights and best practices that resonate with the target audience, making data-driven decisions and improving results for our clients. Metrics and results: You will monitor relevant KPIs, measuring the impact of our actions and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. Monitoring and crisis management. Reports and presentations: You will prepare analytical and qualitative reports, presenting the results clearly and concisely to the team and clients. Social Listening: You will build queries and Boolean terms to monitor online conversations and identify business opportunities. Tools: You will master tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Sprinklr to extract, analyze, and visualize data, as well as the native platforms of each of the brand's main channels (Facebook Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Analytics, among others). Report production: You will prepare periodic reports with recommendations based on the collected data. Trend research: You will always be aware of the latest market trends, using tools such as Sprinklr and Google Trends. What we are looking for: Solid experience in data analysis and BI, with a focus on social data. Deep knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Sprinklr). Experience in monitoring KPIs. Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and concisely. Proactivity, organization and ability to work in a team. Desirable: Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish.
