Lead the development of both web applications and Windows Form Applications using VB.NET and C#.? Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including query optimization and performance tuning.? Build and maintain UI components using Angular and other front-end technologies for web development.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.? Optimize both web and desktop applications for performance, security, and scalability.? Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for interaction with various systems.? Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for VB.NET, C#, and web/desktop development.? Evaluate and integrate AI tools into development processes to enhance efficiency, code quality, and innovation.? Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across the team.? Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve both web and desktop application issues efficiently.? Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices, particularly in AI and how it can transform software development.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.? 5+ years of experience in VB.NET and C# development, focusing on both web development and Windows Form Application development.? 3+ years of experience working with SQL Server, including database management and query optimization.? Experience in UI development, web development, and Angular.? Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript for web development.? Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.? Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.? Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Azure DevOps.? Experience working in an Agile development environment.?
