Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain robust software solutions using the Microsoft .NET stack according to client requirementsBuild and enhance responsive websites and Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React with TypeScriptCreate and maintain server-side RESTful APIs for dynamic front-end applicationsDesign, implement, and deploy serverless applications in cloud environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy applicationsImprove performance and reliability of existing software through troubleshooting and regular updatesImplement extensive unit and integration testing for both back-end and front-end componentsAdopt a customer-centric mindset to ensure solutions align with business goals and client needsRequirements5+ years of experience in Microsoft .NET, C#, WebAPI, and SQL2+ years of experience with React and TypeScriptStrong understanding of best coding practices for both back-end and front-end developmentUnderstands the importance of unit, integration, and other testing types, incorporating appropriate test plans into deliverables, and/or is adept in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practicesConfident in working with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworksExperience creating solutions in an international contextProduct mindset and customer-focused approachCollaborative and responsible team player ready to tackle different technologies and new challengesSelf-starter who is decisive, works at a fast pace, takes ownership, and drives projects to completionGrowth mindset with a willingness to learn and adaptExcellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficient in spoken and written EnglishA significant advantage would beExperience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWSProficiency in microservice architectureExperience with integrations of 3rd party systemsKnowledge of DevOps practices and toolsCertification in relevant technologies or frameworksMentorMate is a place of constant energy and personality.
