Senior Network / Infrastructure EngineerOur client - Calian is looking to hire a Senior Network/Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen its NOC Service Line. This role will primarily focus on ensuring our clients' network is secure and well maintained. This role is 100% remote in Brazil with a long term contract. Client: www.calian.comSalary: 30,000 BRL/month (all inclusive CNPJ)Responsibilities:Architecture and Design: Design secure network solutions based on the enterprise standard catalog and market best practicesDelivery: Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Client's networks, on-premises or in the CloudHealth Check: Perform network security and performance health check to Client's environmentOperational support: Support the managed services contract related to network and network security within the agreed Service Level AgreementClient relationship: Ensure at any point in time client is aware and satisfied of the progress of activitiesSkills and Experience Required:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience (5+ years) in designing, configuring and maintaining Palo Alto firewalls and PanoramaGood knowledge and hands-on experience (3+ years) in designing, configuring and maintaining FortiNet FortiGate firewallsStrong Knowledge in Azure NSG'sGood knowledge in Microsoft 365, Azure ADStrong experience in networking and networking concepts as it relates to cloud infrastructure.Good experience with on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft ExchangeGood knowledge in Windows products (server and workstation)Good knowledge in Security principles including system hardeningDemonstrated experience in Network architecture and designStrong Network Security experienceOverall good knowledge of cybersecurity domain and principlesMust be able to work within Canadian Business hoursMust be able to be on-call and work outside of business hoursGreat communication and client-facing experienceAdditional Skills and Experience considered as an asset:FortiManager and FortiAuthenticatorPalo Alto, FortiNet and Cisco certificationsAtlassian JIRA Service Management and ConfluenceTechnical writingProject Management
