In this role you will be responsible for driving process excellence by improving productivity, quality and accuracy of the operation within Logistics Distribution Centers by identifying, defining, and implementing process and operational quality improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Support Head of OPEX with the implementation of strategic plans and initiatives and OPEX projects roadmap.Building Site Master / Turn-Around plans based on site assessments and business needs.Develop implementation plans including projected benefits & outcomes and action plans.Coordinate and lead strategic, global and automation projects in support of long term vision for the site, as well as turn-around plans.Track and report on progress of projects keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring that expectations are met.Develop and monitor KPI metrics and monitor performance with key suppliers and resources to ensure KPIs are met.Review of Solution Designs and feedback on best practices, productivity and other operational considerations during new contract approach.Define and drive operational best practices. Promote operational efficiencies through structured benchmarking for improvements and best practice sharing and best practice adaptation, among others.Requirements:Studies related to logistics, engineering or similar.Substantial experience in contract logistics, systems and automation.Financial Analysis Skills.Continuous Improvement Mindset.Able to define area of improvement; suggest methodology and measure effectiveness.Green belt or black belt certification (desirable).Knowledgeable of Project Management.Intermediate/Advanced English.Collaboration and relationship building.Strong analytical capabilities.
