Location: Brazil
Language Requirement: Fluent in Portuguese

Responsibilities:
? Lead the planning and execution of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrade projects.
? Conduct workshops to understand Business processes and assess the impact of the upgrade.
? Develop and implement upgrade strategies, including data migration, system integration, and testing.
? Ensure compatibility of customizations and extensions with the new Oracle EBS version.
? Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth transition.
? Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support end-user training.
? Provide post-upgrade support and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
? Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation, Upgrade, Rollout and support.
? Strong understanding of Oracle EBS SCM modules and their interdependencies.
? Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
? Knowledge of supply chain management and exposure to financial modules.
? Certification in Oracle EBS or related technologies.
