As the

Senior Partnerships Manager , you will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, drive revenue growth, and oversee the successful execution of partnership deliverables.
You'll work with various departments to ensure goals are met and provide exceptional value to our partners.

What You'll Be Doing:
Partnerships:

Build and manage relationships with partner companies
Oversee project management and execution of deliverables for partners
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and high-quality execution
Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase revenue
Maintain accurate records of partnership costs and financial performance
Create strategic reports demonstrating partnership value

Sales:

Create and manage new sales opportunities from start to finish
Develop a network of clients, agencies, brands, and vendors
Ensure high client satisfaction and identify new revenue opportunities across Team Liquid's platforms

Team Coordination:

Manage strategic projects and initiatives
Promote teamwork with senior team members and other departments
Guide junior team members and contribute to their professional growth

What You'll Need:

4+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in media or sponsorships
Proven track record of closing sales and expanding business relationships
Genuine interest in the gaming, sports, and team/fandom ecosystem
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work both self-directed and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to travel regionally up to 20%

Established connections with key esports industry contacts
Deep knowledge of the esports ecosystem

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
