Senior People & Culture Business Partner BrazilIn the role as Senior People & Culture Business Partner for our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil you will be accountable for executing the People & Culture strategy in Brazil. You are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management and talent review, total rewards, employee retention, strengthening company culture and ensuring internal communications. You will work closely with your local teammates in Brazil as well as your Global P&C colleagues.HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCEExecute People & Culture strategy and initiatives in Brazil in order to attract, develop and retain a high-performance, passionate and engaged team.Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, performance management and talent review, total rewards, employee retention, company culture and internal communication.Develop clear policies and standards and ensure policy and standard awareness amongst all teammates and people managers.Responsible for personnel planning and budget process including close alignment with people managers.Manage Recruitment Process for all vacancies in Brazil; partner with global and local functions to recruit the best talent in a fast-growing team.Ensure a professional, unique and inspiring onboarding experience for all teammates.Manage performance management and talent review process including compensation and benefits analysis and alignment.Create and implement a robust training and development program in collaboration with Global L&D to attract and retain talent and build a high performing team.Ensure best in class P&C services and support in all disciplines, keeping a high service-orientation and ensure effective and efficient processes.Role model a respectful and inclusive culture that is open to change and innovation, and supports collaboration and accountability.Coach, support and accompany managers in day-to-day leadership and communication to further develop their skills.Support and participate in global projects designated by the Chief People & Culture Officer.WHAT YOU NEED TO WINMaster's degree or equivalent higher education in HR.Min. 8 - 10 years' experience in Human Resources/People & Culture Management; knowledge of international development and global people practices are a plus.Very good business and organizational understanding as well as thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.Strong knowledge of Brazil labor and Social Security law, any knowledge from other LATAM countries is a plus.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.People-centric person with high empathy and inclusive mindset as well as distinct sensitivity for cultural differences; exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work across disciplines, and in diverse locations.Hands-on mentality, high energy level and capability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.Distinct action management including ability to manage projects in the most effective and efficient manner; resourcefulness, initiative, maturity of judgement, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressing circumstances.Proven leadership record and ability to coach, develop, and manage a team.Passion for designing and delivering creative solutions to everyday problems.Very good communication skills in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.Profound IT user knowledge (O365), experience with Workday (HRIS) is a plus.Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.We want to increase representation of all races, genders, and body types in the cycling industry and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce where all people thrive.
