As we hire some of the best technical minds around, we need the best-recruiting minds to match our business needs.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Sr. People Partner at VTEX plays a key role in three main pillars of work: (1) foundational processes that work as the backbone of the Tech team operations, (2) management partnership and (3) projects.(1) Foundational processes cover essential operations that ensure a proper functioning of the Tech team:Hiring: supporting hiring managers on translating the need for skills and competencies into thorough job descriptions and structured recruitment plans that collect signs of performance on the job.Talent Management: facilitating the execution of performance-related processes that foster a culture of high-performance in Tech, according to the decision of the Sr. Leadership team; collaborate with other People expertise areas to execute initiatives related to talent retention, compensation and personnel budget.Data collection and accuracy: ensuring all the touchpoints with employees generate clean and accurate data that support analysis and insights, including admission, internal transfers, and terminations; maintain accurate and up-to-date information about staff allocation in HR systems, serving as local focal point for Tech On-Call accrual and approvals, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.Global mobility: partnering with the expert team to ensure employees are supported in relocation cases.(2) Management advisory includes:Build strong relationships with middle managers, understanding their needs and providing insights to support talent development and satisfaction; provide managers with recommendations regarding performance-oriented initiatives and change management.(3) Project Management:Lead end-to-end on demand projects to support business needs; support planning and executing projects that are related to Early Career initiatives from a talent perspective, considering succession pipeline and developing future high-performing talent.WHO YOU AREExperienced in business partnering with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics and talent management principles;Have a keen eye for detail and prefer using structured problem-solving frameworks;A professional truly interested in and capable of developing a deep understanding of the disciplines and businesses they support;A person with a high level of self-awareness who leverages self-reflection as an instrument to adapt their approach to the needs of different people, styles and contexts;A person with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously;A skillful and effective communicator, both in written and oral forms, in Portuguese and English.About VTEXVTEX (NYSE: VTEX) is the composable and complete commerce platform that delivers more efficiency and less maintenance to organizations seeking to make smarter IT investments and modernize their tech stack.
