As one of a Senior People Systems & Process Specialists, you will understand and translate People & Culture business needs and requirements into either scopes of work for project delivery and/or diagnose and provide support and expertise to ensure excellence in business-as-usual delivery.You will be a quick and lateral thinker, with strong stakeholder skills, experienced in developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Problem solving will be second nature and you will be able to work as a conduit between our HR team and our technical delivery team (within our Information Systems structure). Assisting us understand the impacts and interdependencies of systems, data and change to ensure business continuity and risk minimisation. You will be data and evidence driven, with the capability to prioritize work and escalate as required. You will assist with the broader implementation and adoption of automation, supporting with data and integration improvements.Of course, a part of the role is facilitating and supporting the annual cycle of upgrades and enhancements to ensure they seamlessly find their way to production. We have a range of other systems that support the business from a People & Culture perspective and your role will be to understand and identify dependencies and impacts and work to minimise issues as a result of change. Specific duties include (but are not limited to):Acting as subject matter expert and key business resource to support the effective utilisation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), across all Santos locations, domestically and internationally.Ensuring replication and integrations are working effectively and efficiently, troubleshooting as required.Performing User Acceptance Testing and regression testing to ensure robustness and efficacy, including the development, currency, and execution of test scripts.Reviewing business impacts of change and work to remediate, support and manage risk of related activities.As required, act as interface between the business, SAP and SF to ensure needs are understood.Leading and/or participating in programs and initiatives using project methodologies to deliver upgrades, enhancements and projects relating to and/or impacting EC and other P&C Systems.Supporting risk management and mitigation by identifying impacts to process and systems to guide change activities.Providing a customer-centric approach to work with the business, outsourced technology provider (IS) and the broader P&C team.About YouAre you ready to make an impact in a dynamic People & Culture team?
