This role will be responsible for the purchase of strategic materials and services according to the procurement policy and will need to perform and build strategic business plans.
YOUR ROLE Follow the complete procurement process according to P2P, procurement policy, and principles of strategic sourcing (RFI / RFP / TCO), aligned with the scope defined with the stakeholders.Lead negotiations focused on Indirect services and materials related to the following categories: Benefits & HR Services; Logistics & Warehouse; MICE – Marketing & Advertisement – Interactions – Events; Travel & Expenses; Facilities; IT.Lead strategies for continuous cost reduction through the development of new suppliers and renegotiations on current spend.Implement in collaboration with stakeholders, the service level indicators for all strategic contracts.Promote cost breakdown analysis, should costing, and run regular benchmarks.Manage the supplier's relationship, seeking opportunities to improve partnership and innovation.Communicate directly with global procurement partners to align strategies and leverage contracts.YOUR BACKGROUND Bachelor's degree in business area.8+ years of procurement experience.Strong communication skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers.Strong negotiation skills (8+ years) to work with suppliers and make better deals for the company.Key knowledge of the procurement process and P2P.Fluent Spanish is a differential.We offer continued personal development.
