We're here to challenge the giants and revolutionize the industry.Role Description:We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the look and feel of our AI-SaaS assistant. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to design interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also enhance the overall user experience for diabetics worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design process for our mobile and web applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products at the forefront of innovation.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and problem-solving skills.Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with gamification principles, data visualization, and designing for AI-driven products is a plus.Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and a sense of humor.
