What You'll Do: As our Product Designer, you will lead the design and user experience of our innovative surgery video monitoring system.
You'll work closely with our founder and advisor to turn visionary concepts into practical, user-friendly designs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Design Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and translate our vision into a strategic product design roadmap.
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with healthcare professionals to ensure the product meets their needs.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and align with our brand vision.
Iteration: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing, ensuring the product evolves with user needs.
Compliance Focus: Incorporate healthcare regulations and compliance standards into the design, ensuring the product adheres to industry requirements.
Product Launch Preparation: Collaborate on the development of launch materials, user guides, and marketing assets to ensure a successful product introduction.
Required Skills and Experience: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in product design, ideally with a minimum of 1 year focused on healthcare products.
Design Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in designing for medical professionals and patients.
User Research: Experience conducting user research and applying insights to inform design decisions.
Prototyping: Skilled in creating both low and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
UX/UI Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect designs.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English is a must and knowledge of Portuguese is an added benefit.
Problem-Solving: Creative problem solver who can think strategically about design challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, with an ability to integrate these into product design.
