About the team The Product Design team is responsible for conceptualizing the end-to-end user experiences of Getnet Products.
This teams coordinates with business, product management and technology teams to create best-in class products.
The team works in partnership with development teams to ensure that products are delivered in time and meet, or exceed, the expected quality.For this position, you will be based in Brazil (São Paulo or Porto Alegre).
We attend the office 3 times per week.What you'll do As a member of the Product Design and Payments Acceptance team you will be creating global best-in-class solutions that enable our clients to receive payments in their businesses.All designers are expected to actively participate in and be coordinated with the rest of the Design Center of Excellence where we continuously improve our methodologies, share work and adopt best practices through an active community.Responsibilities You'll be working with engineers, designers and product managers to transform user needs into practical, meaningful and engaging solutions that work within our tech limits and support our business.You will work autonomously to create end-to-end design deliverables, from high level customer journeys, wireframes to ready to develop designs and documentation.You will create low-fi and high-fi prototypes to effectively communicate to stakeholders the experiences and solutions proposed.You'll be running workshops both to test out new ideas and to organize the information architecture of complex projects.You'll be collaborating with cross functional teams to support the project through its lifecycle, including research and bench marking, user and stakeholder interviews, analytics, A/B testing.You will incorporate accessibility requirements into design documents and specifications.You'll use both hard data and casual conversations to create meaningful insights and create new concepts.You'll be using and contributing to our Samba Design System, our product design standards for designers and front-end developers.Who you areWe work in a fast-paced and evolving work environment where designers must deal with high levels of uncertainty.
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role and also has high levels of flexibility.Minimum requirements At least 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer in a fast-moving environment.Experience partnering closely with engineers, designers, and business areas to build surprisingly great products.Obsession with users, details, and building best in class solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of user and customer problems.
You are adept at communicating technically complicated topics simply and elegantly.Strong craft and visual design skills.
You can identify how user experiences can and should be better and when they do meet a defined quality bar.
You have a keen eye for subtle details whether in code or user interfaces.Professional level of Spanish and/or English.Based in São Paulo or Porto Alegre, with avaliability to work on a hybrid model.#J-18808-Ljbffr
