What We Are Looking For We are seeking a
Senior Product Manager
to lead the development and continuous improvement of innovative features and products at NoPing.
This role requires close collaboration with marketing, development, and support teams, as well as direct interaction with clients, partners, affiliates, and influencers to understand their demands and provide optimal solutions.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned gamer and Product Manager with a passion for innovation, deep knowledge of product management processes, and the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities Roadmap Development and Execution : Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market needs.
Work closely with marketing, development, and support teams to refine and prioritize initiatives.
Product Ownership : Develop a deep understanding of NoPing's products to make informed decisions and guide the team through the development lifecycle.
Customer and Partner Engagement : Lead interviews and sessions with clients, influencers, and affiliates to gather insights and feedback.
Work with the support team to understand recurring issues and translate them into actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the primary liaison between the marketing and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities.
Post-Launch Support : Oversee product performance after launch, collecting data and feedback to drive iterative improvements and maintain relevance in the market.
Strategic Decision-Making : Autonomously suggest pivots or strategic adjustments based on collected data and user feedback.
Present recommendations to the leadership team for alignment.
Team Leadership : Guide and mentor analysts or specialists involved in product-related initiatives, ensuring high performance and clear goal alignment.
Global Collaboration : Participate in meetings and interactions with international stakeholders, including partners and clients, to align on global product strategies.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience
in Product Management (senior level).
Proven track record of leading product roadmaps, launching successful products, and iterating based on user feedback.
Fluent English (written and spoken): Ability to engage in meetings, collaborate with international stakeholders, and document strategies effectively.
Gamer with
5+ years of experience
in MOBA, FPS, RTS, or MMORPG genres (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (mandatory).
Familiarity with tools such as: Roadmap and Project Management:
Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Asana.
Prototyping and Design Collaboration:
Figma, Miro.
Product Analytics:
Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo.
Documentation and Communication:
Confluence, Slack, Notion.
Spreadsheets and Reporting:
Excel, Google Sheets.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs.
Preferred Skills Experience in the gaming industry.
Certifications in product management, agile methodologies, or related areas (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).
Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
