Lead a product team, working together with the operations, business, development, design, business intelligence, and marketing teams to discuss problems. Monitor and analyze customer behavior regarding launched features and measure against KPIs. Regular communication with customers to understand their pain points and needs.Work with Stakeholders from different areas and other departments to balance business goals and customer needs, ensuring that relevant issues are debated, decided on, and initiatives are delivered
