We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is experienced in dealing with third-party companies and possesses domain knowledge of the Telecom Ecosystem to build end-to-end solutions offerings.
Telecom Access solution along with the core telecom products comprises Microwave, Networking equipment, Power, Antenna, Cabinets, and commodity hardware which are typically supplied by partners.
**What you'll do**:
- Create third-party product requirements.
- Build Ecosystem partners portfolios based on product offerings, pricing, and geo-locations.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and end customers to understand requirements.
- Conduct and document a technical evaluation of each partner's offerings.
- Conduct IOT/Staging testing of third-party products to validate critical solutions.
- Support Sales and pre-sales team with solution offerings and cost budgeting during the Offer Development stage.
- Discuss available product offerings with the customer and provide various options that meet project and customer requirements.
- Fully responsible for the solution and design of the third-party recommended products.
- Support the Professional Services team during and after installation.
- Single point of contact for third-party eco-system partners; responsible for negotiating agreements and managing relationships during relevant customer engagements
- Work with the operations team to include approved solutions in the PW price list.
- Works with Procurement to source the right products with the required specifications.
- Handle multi-ethnic teams and multiple vendors.
**What you must have**:
- Minimum 10-12 years of Product Management experience with Telecom systems.
- Good understanding of microwave, Power, and Antenna solutions available in the market.
Understanding of telecom site Civil works, and tower installations is a plus.
- Well-versed with Schedules, Scope, RAM, SLA, execution/deployment, Customer Acceptance, Cost, and Quality in Wireless telecom space.
- Thorough understanding of the Project Risk assessment and Mitigation in the wireless telecom industry.
- Thorough understanding of managing Partners / Vendors before, during, and after project execution.
- Thorough understanding of spare part management including warranties and RMA processes.
- Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills.
- Ability to Travel as needed.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's (B.S) degree with 10-12 years of experience in the Telecommunication or Network Industry.
