**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Brazilian market and understanding of the unique needs of users.
- Ability to work with full-stack technology (i.e., front-end and infrastructure/platform, and emerging technologies like ML and AI).
- Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand data analysis.
