**The Role**:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering high-impact programs from planning through to successful delivery. You will provide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on best practices and innovative approaches. You will also oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the financial services domain. This role requires a collaborative leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on management, ensuring each project aligns with business objectives and delivers value. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting standards and guiding teams, helping shape the future of Working Capital as a Service at GSCF.
**How You Will Make an Impact**:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-visibility programs within the financial services and technology domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
- Provide thought leadership on select topics and strategic priorities for projects under management by the Program Management function.
- Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, product managers, technical leads, finance teams, and senior leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps and high-level strategies while overseeing multiple projects and aligning efforts across teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, guiding project decisions with expertise and foresight.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing solutions to overcome challenges and ensuring continuous program momentum.
- Drive alignment and foster collaboration across diverse teams, advocating for shared program goals and creating transparency around project status.
- Set high standards of project execution by promoting best practices in program management, adapting methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) as needed.
- Regularly evaluate and optimize program performance, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring program compliance with relevant standards and adapting strategies as needed.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree, PMP, or similar certification is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with substantial exposure to financial service s, technology environments, and SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic and tactical leadership across multiple complex projects.
- Deep understanding of financial services products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through change and delivering programs that align with business and client needs.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana) and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with an ability to influence and shape high-level program goals and priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in building relationships and consensus across diverse teams.
