Contact us at ****** The Sr Project Lead functions as the project deployment lead for a National Office and will be responsible for managing complex, cross-cultural projects and communicating clearly to a wide audience of global stakeholders. This role is responsible to ensure projects are deployed with holistic local support throughout the lifecycle of the effort. This position will lead deployment strategy and methodology at the National Office level, while aligning efforts with local, regional, and global strategy and operations. This role is key to drive adoption of projects and efforts and coordinates cross-functionally within and outside the National Office. This position is the local lead for the Program Cycle Adoption and deployment of new and enhanced policies, processes and/or technologies. The Sr Project Lead ensures each proposed initiative considers local capacity, capability, and feasibility. This role is a skilled communicator and can coordinate participation virtually and in person.
