What you bring Degree in Computer Science or related fields. Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus). Customer interaction skills, ability to prioritize software requirements, identify reusability and hence provide acceptable work-around to customers. Self-motivated, open minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic. Ability to proactively resolve problems focusing on teamwork, results, and people. Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Business process and ERP application knowledge is a plus. PMI certification is desired but not required. Experience as a Project Manager on customer facing projects. Experience managing commercial projects in a services environment. Experience and good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience of full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to delivery. Experience of user stories, story point estimation and measuring velocity. Experience leading a team.
