Senior Project Manager

This position will charge the Project Management Consultant role in PMO function to take care of the operations and performance of the projects in the assigned region/s.Key Responsibilities/DutiesBasic Guidance and make project transparencyProject PDSP and delivery and quality target tailorProvide project guidance for each milestone and activitiesProvide project management consultingSupport on issue/risk identification, and follow up project management related issuesFamiliar with effort estimation methodology and development engineering processControl risk during presales stage and conduct contract reviewFigure out overall picture of projectMonitor contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfactionCoordinate resources across project teamConduct Milestone deliverable and Quality reviewFamiliar with Project Financial forecast and P&L variance analysisCoordinate Monthly report and Gate review reportResponsible for the key issue resolution and escalationIdentify issue/risk and collect information for RCACommunicate with related stakeholders to confirm the issuesDiscuss and balance the issues and generate the optionsProvide the resolution options and mitigation plan to senior manager for decisionPush to get the conclusion and follow up the resultCoordinate business among the whole organizationOverall Cost and Resource control (HC approval)Identify the owner and verify owner's qualificationAnnual Budget and Quality Target follow upAccountabilityAccountable for the overall Financial and business direction achievement.Desirable Qualification/Experience/Knowledge/SkillsBachelor degree or aboveAt least 10 years' experience in software industry with no less than 5-8 years PM experienceKnowledge of cloud tech stack (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.)Working experience in global IT or consulting companiesCMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge is preferredInsurance industry knowledge is preferredGood command of English in both writing and speakingGood self-managementCV in English is required
