Senior Project Manager – Trina Tracker
Job Responsibilities:As a Senior Project Manager for engineering project delivery, you will serve as the frontline communication and coordination link between the Tracking Tracker Division and regional sales organizations. You will be responsible for comprehensively planning and coordinating all delivery-related topics in your designated region, empowering and assisting various project managers to achieve high-quality and efficient engineering project deliveries. This includes meeting delivery schedules, cost, project quality, and customer satisfaction requirements.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for the overall execution of tracking Tracker project delivery.
Manage the entire project lifecycle from early planning to final completion, ensuring project goals are met through professional project process management.
Communicate with clients to confirm requirements, formulate delivery plans, track progress, and coordinate resources.
Oversee project risks, proactively communicate and alert important deviations.
Collect project data, conduct analysis, and regularly summarize to evaluate project outcomes and support decision-making activities.
Proactively think about and propose systematic solutions for daily project issues and develop actionable process optimization management methods.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, renewable energy, electrical engineering, engineering, photovoltaics, or related fields preferred.
Preference for candidates with experience managing large, complex projects involving multiple teams and various business functions.
Knowledge of tracking bracket products; familiarity with project management principles and capability in full project lifecycle management. PMP certification is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills, stress management, rich team management experience, and horizontal leadership. Must have a sense of responsibility, self-drive, resilience, strong stress tolerance, practical and efficient, and skilled in refined management. Customer service awareness is essential.
Fluent in English with listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities to work in a cross-cultural environment.
Willingness to travel globally; overseas work experience is preferred.
