The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, demonstrate a strong knowledge of PennDOT and AASHTO Design Standards, and have a proven track record of successful project procurement and delivery for PennDOT, PTC, Counties, and other agencies in Pennsylvania.Core ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver a variety of transportation improvement projectsMonitor project schedules, budgets, and staffing needsDevelop and implement a strategic growth plan for the Pennsylvania Transportation MarketWork closely with senior management on pursuit identification and proposal preparationBusiness development and client managementProvide oversight and mentorship of staffRepresent FPA at industry events, technical seminars, and business development opportunitiesCollaborate with staff members from other disciplines on large-scale projectsRequired QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering10+ years of engineering and transportation experience.Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in PennsylvaniaStrong knowledge of PennDOT, PTC, and AASHTO Design StandardsProficient with PennDOT ECMSA proven track record of successful project procurement and delivery for PennDOT, PTC, Counties, and other agencies in PennsylvaniaExperience with PennDOT HOP Permits for private developmentsStrong communication skillsCompensation and BenefitsAs a valued member of our team, we provide you with a flexible benefits package that reflects our respect for your workplace contributions, professional goals, and personal priorities.
