Our technology allows pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies to bring their therapies to patients faster thereby saving lives. We achieve an unheard-of conversion rate of 63%, a 10x improvement over human coordinators. Our assistant answers prospective patient questions based on the clinical trial documentation, schedules appointments, collects patient information, and runs pre-qualification questionnaires. Our customers include a $5B clinical research organization (CRO) and the world's second largest clinical research site network (the size of a top-5 US hospital chain). We are also an official partner of CRIO, a top-3 clinical trial management system (CTMS). You will work on a small team closely with the company founder (with a prior $4B healthcare technology exit, a Y Combinator founder, a Stanford PhD, a 3x Silicon Valley CTO) on scaling the product to thousands of clinical trials and Work on generative AI on a daily basis (no prior genAI experience is expected) Build reliable, simple, and efficient python services Integrate with clinical trial management systems leveraging their APIs and your resourcefulness Leave the code better than you found it You will NOT be asked to train deep learning models. Requirements : Important : You MUST have a computer science or equivalent degree AND have worked exclusively as a software engineer for your entire career. Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to give consideration to data engineers, ML/AI engineers, data scientists, professors, system administrators turned software engineers, or any other alternative backgrounds.
