As a Python Backend Developer you will be responsible for implementing and enhancing backend functionality, transforming machine learning models into production-ready solutions, and integrating MLOps best practices. Your expertise will contribute to the development and improvement of our platform, ensuring robust and scalable ML services. Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend functionality for the platform using Frappe and Python. Transition machine learning solutions from Jupyter Notebooks to user-accessible services. Enhance and optimize existing machine learning services, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM) using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Implement and integrate MLOps best practices, including the development of feature stores and model registries. Expected Skills:Proficiency in Python programming. Experience with backend development frameworks, particularly Frappe. Understanding of machine learning concepts / processes. Familiarity with data engineering and preprocessing techniques. Understanding of database management and SQL. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Nice to have:Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Jenkins. Hands-on experience in transitioning ML models from development to production environments. Knowledge of MLOps practices, including feature stores, model registries, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of MQ-based (RabbitMQ) services.
