We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Scrum team and contribute to the development of groundbreaking solutions for one of the top mortgage companies in the U.S.As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our back-end services and automation processes.
You will collaborate closely with a team of engineers and QA specialists to implement best practices in quality assurance and develop automated testing frameworks from scratch.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute automated tests for APIs using tools like Postman or equivalent.Conduct both manual and automated testing for APIs to ensure robust functionality and performance.Collaborate with back-end developers to understand the system architecture and testing requirements.Work in a Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.Engage in knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior QA team members.Must-Have Qualifications:Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).Experience with Spring Boot API framework.Solid understanding of AWS Cloud services.Proficiency in PostgreSQL databases.Proven experience in API testing, both manual and automated.Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Familiarity with SQL.Knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly React.Benefits:Health plan and dental plan.Extended parenting leave.Gympass.Life insurance.Partnership with an online mental health platform.CI&T University.Discount Club.Support Program: financial; psychological guidance; nutritionist and more.Pregnancy course and responsible parenthood.Partnership with online course platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
