Our global team is made up of 22,000 diverse and brilliant people, passionate about insights and innovation, and committed to delivering the best products to our customers.What you will do:The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for managing external manufacturers, contract laboratories, and external suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with Kenvue policies and health authority standards.Key Responsibilities:Follow-up of external manufacturing operations, laboratories, and external suppliers; identify appropriate action plans and communicate changes and risks to Kenvue.Support in the review and generation of the APR.Manage sample collection and shipment for release analysis, stability studies, and retentions.Ensure compliance with quality systems needs: non-conformances, investigations, CAPAs, change control, and audits of Kenvue internal processes.Manage complaints and follow-up with external manufacturers to ensure compliance with Kenvue's internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.Review and approve Kenvue material and finished product specifications.Support technology transfer projects and audits of regulatory and governmental entities.Assist in external supplier selection and qualification processes.Conduct audits of external manufacturers, laboratories, and suppliers.Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality agreements.What we are looking for:Required Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.Advanced English.Desired Qualifications:What's in it for you:Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development Opportunities.Employee Resource Groups.This list could vary based on location/region.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
