Competencies:Desirable Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in React.js and proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+).Expertise in developing and implementing micro frontends/microsites.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data format.3+ years of experience working with Windows Services, Web Services (RESTful).Good understanding of version control tools, like Git.Demonstrate understanding of product development processes.Experience working in Agile environments.Exhibit a collaborative mindset and values teamwork.Prior experience with large-scale projects is required.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable and reusable code.Strong conversational and written communication skills in English are mandatory, as you will be working directly with US-based clients. clients.
Responsabilities:Lead the development of software with real users.Adhere to agile development best practice.Demonstrate a passion for learning and building cutting-edge applications.Implement unit tests using test-driven development (TDD).Implement and refactor using relevant design patterns.Mentor other engineers.Proactively learn and implement new best practices.Manage expectations by communicating regularly.Code review pull requests in a CI/CD environment.Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest, design, and launch new features.
