Who you areUST is looking an IT Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing and selecting top talent for technology positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technology roles, along with excellent communication skills in English. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions for technology roles.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Skills & ExperienceProven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within tech consultancy companies.Strong understanding of technology roles and the skills required for various positions.Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates in the technology sector.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Familiarity with the labor markets in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Brazil. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience + 6 years of experience in TAExperience in IT IT Global Consulting companiesAdvanced English.
